At Venicol.pk, our goal is your satisfaction with every purchase. We offer a 3-day return window from the date of item receipt.

Eligibility for Returns:
Contact lenses must remain unopened, unused, and undamaged to qualify for a return.
Please ensure the product remains in its original packaging and condition for a smooth return process.
Refunds will be issued for the amount paid, inclusive of any discounts applied.

Color Exchange Option:
Unhappy with the color? We're here to help. You can exchange unopened lenses for a different color within 3 days of delivery.
Additional Considerations:
Free lens solutions or gifts accompanying the main product must also be returned in their original condition for a successful refund.
Sale items and gift cards are ineligible for returns.

Usage and Inspection:
Inspect the lenses upon receipt, adhering to the instructions provided in the packaging before use. Follow the enclosed guidelines for proper lens cleaning before wearing.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for covering shipping charges associated with returns and exchanges. Refunds will be issued for the amount paid, inclusive of any discounts applied, after deducting courier charges incurred by Venicol.pk for the initial shipment."
